Toll House Cream Cheese Brownie Cookies 1-1



With this delectable recipe, you can enjoy the perfect combination of cream cheese brownies and chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are creamy and chocolaty, with a great flavor balance.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Put parchment paper on baking sheets

Get a big bowl and mix the cream cheese, butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together

Beat them until they are smooth and creamy

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until everything is well mixed

Mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour together in a different bowl using a whisk

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture and mix just until everything is combined

Add the semisweet chocolate chips and mix them in

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough by the tablespoonful onto the baking sheets that have been prepared, leaving about 2 inches between each one

After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the middles are still a little soft

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way
