Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegan caramel sauce
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
There is cookie dough in the bowl
To make it, mix gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, softened vegan butter, and salt together until everything is well mixed
Level out the cookie dough in the bottom of a baking pan that has been lined
For 15 to 18 minutes, or until just beginning to turn golden brown
Take out of the oven and let cool all the way down
After the cookie base has cooled, spread vegan caramel sauce evenly on top of it
To make the chocolate smooth, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time
Place the chocolate layer on top of the caramel layer and spread it out evenly
Put the chocolate in the fridge for at least an hour to set
Cut into bars and serve once it's set
