Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed greens spinach, kale, arugula
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
