Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional
Instructions:
Warm up the oven to 375F 190C and use non-stick cooking spray to coat a muffin tin
Cut the pizza dough into 12 squares that are all the same size
Making a cup shape, press each square of dough into a muffin tin
Each dough cup should have a teaspoon of pizza sauce in it
On top of the sauce in each cup, put a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese
In each cup, put cheese on top of small pepperoni slices
On top of the pepperoni cups, spread out the dried oregano and garlic powder
If you like it hot, add crushed red pepper flakes
Put the pizza cups in an oven that has already been heated up
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and a little browned
Take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes
If you want, you can add fresh basil leaves on top
Enjoy while still warm!
