Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put parchment paper or grease in a baking pan
Add the coconut flakes, erythritol, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl
Mix the ingredients together
Melt the coconut oil and mix it in with the eggs and vanilla extract
Mix everything together well
Spread the mixture out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared
