Vegan Caramel Twix Cookie Bars



Enjoy these delicious vegan caramel Twix cookie bars that are free of gluten and dairy. They are a great treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan caramel sauce
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

There is cookie dough in the bowl

To make it, mix gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, softened vegan butter, and salt together until everything is well mixed

Level out the cookie dough in the bottom of a baking pan that has been lined

For 15 to 18 minutes, or until just beginning to turn golden brown

Take out of the oven and let cool all the way down

After the cookie base has cooled, spread vegan caramel sauce evenly on top of it

To make the chocolate smooth, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time

Place the chocolate layer on top of the caramel layer and spread it out evenly

Put the chocolate in the fridge for at least an hour to set

Cut into bars and serve once it's set

White Chocolate Peppermint Cookies



With these delicious cookies, you can indulge in the delightful combination of white chocolate and peppermint. They're ideal for the holidays or whenever you crave a sweet treat with a festive flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well

The melted white chocolate should be added slowly to the mixture and mixed until it is smooth

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined

Finally, add the rest of the white chocolate chips and the crushed peppermint candy canes

Place cookie dough spoonfuls on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between each cookie

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

Seriously WANT! Parfait



This is so good! It has layers of creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, sweet mixed berries, and a hint of honey. You really WANT! Very well. An enjoyable treat that meets your needs!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Put 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of a glass or parfait dish

Put some granola on top of the yogurt

Put a layer of mixed berries on top of that

Put one tablespoon of honey on top of the berries

Add a tablespoon of chopped nuts on top

Put another layer on top of the last one until the glass is full

Finish with a dollop of Greek yogurt

Pour the last layer with the rest of the honey

Last, sprinkle vanilla extract over the whole parfait

Do the steps again to make more servings

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
